Depending on the price and total CR raised. Raising all the remaining 12m by CR would be pretty bad. That's not what we were advised.

Also, I don't consider funding to be a done deal. This is yet another term sheet that has not materialised, so funding risk has reduced yes but not that much compared to before.

Raising 14m has been pretty rough (look at the time it took!) so I don't expect raising yet another 12m via debt "easily". The history certainly did not indicate that.
