By this time it has been as clear as day that market wants to see the actual money being poured in, AND plant completes. Absolutely unequivocal reaction (and a lot of investors here who have been waiting and watching closely on the sideline waiting for "real" catalysts to jump back in), no argument about it.

I said a while ago that as the small cap market recovers, some of us won't be able to use the downturn and tax loss selling as an excuse anymore. It is either actual delivery or nothing.
