Not signed yet and subject to "due diligence with site visits scheduled for this month".
I think we can be confident on the results of the DD.
Not the complete funding yet but "with only US$26 million expenditure remaining until commencement of production", this leaves just US$12mill to secure - or less depending on how much cash is still in the bank. Maybe around A$8 mill or US$5mill in the bank.
Perhaps only US$7 mill left to raise- maybe a few more million for working capital unless that was allowed for in the $26mill expenditure to commencement of production.
One lender showing support could help to secure one of the other funding options being negotiated so hopefully news of the remaining funding will be close?
US$7mill to complete funding of the capex on a project with over US$200mill after tax NPV has to be easily attainable now. Just a matter of getting the best deal available.
