I agree with you that it makes sense for another larger player with a strong balance sheet to take over LTR whilst the Lithium market is in this period of maximum pessimism/pain and whilst LTR requires funding. Possible takeover partners include PLS, MIN, WES and Gina. The other potential predator IMO is RIO - they have said in the past they are interested in getting into the Li market but were not prepared to pay the crazy prices over the last couple of years - they may be more interested now that valuations have crashed back to earth.
