Not really an overreaction. Lots of market dynamics have changed since 12 - 24 months ago.
ALB bid didn't go ahead, Gina purchase blocking stake, ALB selling all their stake in LTR, Finance has fallen through hence the need to adjust capex, lithium spot price is in the gutter - hence the margins will be almost non-existent, costs will be higher than the DFS.
Toughest period coming up and could last 12 - 24 months
