I feel like a bit of a dick....Missed out on selling because I thought id wait a few more days to ensure to get the 50% CGT discount, instead now im negative. Anywhoooo hopefully ill just hold.
I do have a question though, can someone explain to me how funding is allowed to be pulled? If i go to a bank to get a home loan, I get approved, I pay for my house, if I loose my job... i still have my loan, I need to work out how to come up with the cash. How is it that loans get pulled in a business environment?
I dont really understand how the price can essentially lose 66% of its value? The contents is still in the ground.... that stuff doesnt magically disappear? I just feel really newb
