You forgot one more metric JR, debt. Its the silent killer. I've seen so many VAs triggered because of this one variable. If the economics dont stack up you can ramble all you want about YoY. The admins will slice and dice this like a pancake. Options as i see them barring a miraculous spod price turnaround.
