Where did I say it was a 'formal' offer? It was an indicative non-binding offer subject to due diligence wasn't it, and your BOD told you to accept it! Are you blaming the BOD for not accepting or explaining the facts of the matter to you? All of this is on the record in Co. announcements so for clarity I suggest you go back and reread them if you are not sure what just happened to LTR.
