Here is my Macca's drive though quickie;...
If a hostile take-over attempted a minimum of ninety percent (90%) is required and then it is all over rover.
Ten-point one percent (10.1%) is all that is needed to block the deal.
If a Scheme of Arrangement is actioned, then (as I understand), a minimum of seventy-five percent (75%), of at least fifty percent (50%) of holders voting are required for success.
