i dont think you are reading it correctly doest say "if its implemented" says "if its implemented well" - meaning it will be implemented however IF its implemented well the area will gain a big economic leap. nice try at negativity but i dont think you can spin it down... tho i do find it amusing and your one sided view - my thoughts are you are concerned about the race and WKT not getting there first is my suspicion. however i think that based on that article tanzania is looking to graphite and whilst it has its sights set on mns and vrc if they succeed ie pay back the gov loan they will lend others money on vrc and mns success - so it in no ones interests to put any company down because we will inevitably feed each other - so please keep those constant negative comments to yourself by hurting the industry you are hurting your preffered stocks if you dont like graphite just stfu and go comment elsewhere honestly man enough of your negative views...
