Not sure - if the communication is still terrible then they might mot be forgiven. They clearly haven't learnt from previous management failures around communication.
If we do have to put new directors in then one thing I will say is that given that Alara is focussed on the Middle East then we really need to find directors with broad experience across several Middle Eastern countries - because frankly dealing with the government and bureaucracy in Oman is child's play compared to what you face in other Middle Eastern countries - and that is where experience and local knowledge really comes in.
As to where to after Oman, Jordan is well worth exploring as it is known to have copper and gold and has a stable government and is low sovereign risk, and the eastern desert of Egypt. Most other countries with known copper or gold carry too high a sovereign risk for my liking - if you want to see how sovereign risk can wreck an ASX company take a look at the AVZ forum.
