The board of this company needs to read this article and seriously take onboard what Goyder is advising!



Goyder is effectively saying, directors can’t be freeloaders, and they should seriously have big skin in the game if they truely believe their resource!
So come on management, let’s see if you guys really believe in your project BIG TIME! I want to see the board pouring in 1000’s of dollars of their own money and buy up huge on the market! I know ASX listed company directors are not short of a bob or two, so there should be no excuse of being so tight with their money!
If management buy up huge then shareholders may follow, they need to lead by example!!!
