Sprott see a takeover as a key risk... it's definitely deep value now - $0 EV. I was fortunate to sell right after the ann at .305 for 120k units (lucky I only just started taking a position) and reloaded at .23c with dry powder to take advantage of a CR should it come about. Even if they can't get it done someone will buy it up for double the current price. Money for jam if you can wait it out.
