Maybe the seller is manipulating the share price down on purpose? Followed by an opportunistic takeover bid. Seen this all happen before with others I have held in the past CDV and CMM to name a few. I will keep buying as it falls lower, the gold fundamentals remain the same. 1.6moz in gold resource & 1.1m in gold reserve with plenty of exploration upside. Market is valuing this gold resource with a negative EV -18million today, I cannot understand this. Rick rule just recently did an interview, he reckons M&A will increase going into 2022 in the ASX gold space, cant see a bigger takeover target in the ASX gold space at the moment. Sprott has given Emr access to a $100 million acquisition/development facility in 2019 - go and see the announcement. I think it makes sense Emr and Gpr merge entity's to become a multi asset gold producer. I think it would get shareholder approval also, at the correct price 30-35c, script offer. Time will tell.
