Looks like even Bob the builder would have done a good job in planning the build and executing it. Management should come out and say they will not take a dollar till they get things sorted. The project is a joke now and looks like amateurs (paid like pros) trying there luck. Still an amateur would have half the chance of getting things right. Oh lord. PNG risk story is bulshit. You can now blame the dog who pissed on your ground and this will delay the project and review financing.
