They are stuffing this up voluntarily for their financial benefit. it has become a nasty joke now. The contract for construction should have been given in its entirety. It can be like I will do the ground work and then you come and build. What a joke. Will you buy the land and take ownership of digging the holes. Then wait for contractors to lay the slab. Insane. This is what happens when no one is responsible. Inspite of getting paid well, someone has to take pride in doing their job. It would have been a nice story for the new CEO to tell,, as I am sure he has a career to build. Disgraceful management. Where is the Gantt chart showing the progress. Would have been better if they hired someone and paid $2500 to draw the progress chart every month or atleast quarterly.
