Everything has been stalled now for next 6 months. I will leave this forum for the rampers to ramp this up and trap new entrants. Good luck newbies and potential newbies. Before some world idiots say have you considered selling. I would advise them to consider buying only if they are prepared to pay the management more for the stuff up they create. (Blaming the Weather is all BS, they had bigger problems then that. Would have been better if they blamed the dog for pissing and making the ground wet and not ready for the build)
