I reckon the Sprott debt has provoked this announcement.
There are cost to complete tests and construction milestones.
Interest is only capitalised for the first two years.
On the upside, it's good the Sprott arrangement requires this accountability.
On the downside, there may be a bit more Sprott gouging to come!
