on the other side of the coin, could it be that the SP is being artificially suppressed while medium , long term buyers hoover a "bargain". There has been reasonable volume over last couple of months, up on average volume. There are clearly accumulators. TNG has taken a change in the game plan by moving the proposed refinery site. That creates delays. Delays in this market negatively effects SP. The real issue in my respectful view is " will the relocation of the proposed tefinery get EIS approval". That requires 1( indiginous peoples acceptance, 2) access to sustainable water reserves, 3) access to sufficient energy sources. Simply put I know but at its core isnt that the crux of it. If the answere is yes then TNG flies. If not then we are cooked. Simple.
