Digity, It would be great to hear your thoughts on the Board's performance with respect to setting Paul's KPI's / targets and holding him accountable to meeting a defined strategy with non negotiable time frames? (not the current strategy of moving the goal posts every year so timeframes become irrelevant)

If you are as uncomfortable (understatement for some, I know) as most others would appear, its getting towards a time where all shareholders need to get involved in driving change at a Board level to one that's going to hold a CEO accountable.
