I dont believe it will make much difference....Analysis and alike were optimistic about TNG earlier on but that sentiment has changed over the years....and with managements history can you blame them? Market imo wont respond. Until TNG starts looking like producing any increase in vanadium titanium price will be water off a ducks back in TNGs case. CLC will take their sweet time like they did before approving Mt Peake mine site.
