The share dilution is totally irrelevant, yes there will be more shares issued but how much more valuable do you think the company is becoming as a result of the project go-ahead?
But come on, 88c a share thats a nice little bargain for creat isn't it? If they have to sell out to chinese investors they could at least get a decent price for it!
