My feelings is that this is a good company but it continues to ignore the ordinary shareholder who have put up the capital and take all the risks.
The Board has issued shares at a discount to broker clients who qualify as sophisticated investors, the directors, institutional investors and Creat.
I think the price would be higher if investors thought they would be offered discounted shares at the next capital raising, but their track record suggests otherwise.
I did own shares, i sold them the other day.
