it says Additional Cost Overrun Facility of €25m of which €12.5m is funded from senior debt… can anyone explain how this is advertised as a €312.5m package rather than what looks like a €325m package to me?
Google: Senior Debt is money owed by a company that has first claims on the company's cash flows. It is more secure than any other debt, such as subordinated debt (also known as junior debt), because senior debt is usually collateralized by assets.
