And, if you have been following the announcements, RNI has just received MORE THAN 1 proposal for finance ... and

"These proposals include the financing required to bring the Grosvenor Gold Project into production and the repayment of RNI’s existing debt facility with Taurus Resources No 2 Fund "

So, my guess is we must be talking about $40m plus financing deal. A CR that raised a couple of mill would seem pointless under the circumstances. I think the game is on a bigger playing field ...
