Time to recall that Board offered shares to all shareholders at 1 cent.... for purpose of developing the Alberta projects to stage of finance... and then loaned company while the process continues and here we are with board presenting $300m package without having had to place a single share
great effort indeed and the board clearly encouraged by meetings with infrastructure funds...
and the first newsletter has recognised the potential...
Going to be a wild ride as financing deals evolve..
just stays a buy
