Conjecture is an opinion or conclusion formed on the basis of incomplete information and that's what you've formulated. Haven't looked too closely of the structure of Ban Phuc Nickel Mines but thought BSX owns 90% and the previous operators 10%. Without looking into the arrangement more closely I assume BPNM will be the legal entity selling the concentrate and its owners receive any dividends. Is that not how it is going to work? Thought it was a legal requirement.
