I think the Chinese may have told them that everything was just too marginal and that they needed more in the way of project assets before finance could be considered in today's troubled times? Or GR Engineering is chomping at the bit to start building the plant?
As long as they dont try to do a placement at a discount to the current ridiculously low price. We've had enough of cheap shares to mates.
