No one...I repeat NO one currently is betting this will happen.
If there would be such a huge re-rate due upon funding approval more punters, partners/GF's/BF's/parents or pub mates of people working on the funding paperwork would be taking little bites on the sp. But lets face it, there is next to zero volume so not even your addicted gamblers are taking a punt on RES.

That brings me to the sad conclusion that its not even near close.
The fact there's been no dumping either hopefully shows that it may still be being worked on but there's no one betting on a big announcement any time in the near future.

I'd so love to eat my words but I just can't see it happening at the moment. If it were close whispers would be getting out and some vol would be the result.
