Basically everything in your post is incorrect. I do not post on behalf of non STX holders and have Tooter blocked, so I'm clearly not a fan. Your underlying assertion that any TO must be bad is also pretty immature for someone with your level of 'acumen'. It all depends on the terms of the TO deal. At no point have I said STX should accept a TO, I simply said the SP will start to price in potential offers.
