Because we currently lack debt funding, We lack environmental approvals which means there is gas there and we cannot get to it.
This announcement this morning was lacking as there is no road map as to funding. I can see a whole lot more capital raises coming up which will only dampen the share price.
This announcement from this morning only make the market react with "Oh F... where is the money going to come from." Hence little or a decreasing affect on share price. The board would do better by shareholders keeping their mouth shut.
