I'm just guessing but I assume "initial agreed costs" might relate to those costs associated with,
A. Permitting
B. Any SoA bond requirement.
C. Any deposits relating to the drilling of a well(s)
Like a mentioned yesterday, would be nice to get some meat.

- Crew
