As always, I enjoy your posts and agree with your fair value assessment in the 0.4-0.5c range.
Not sure we will see those levels as the SOI does inflate the MC to a degree.
My target is the 0.7-0.8c as I feel if it breaks the psychological 1.0c barrier that might trigger some selling. Typically in the recent past it seems to sit happily at a MC around the $110-120mill.
I'm not completely discounting your 0.5c though.
