The initial drop in pressure is normal. The 3.5k drop to 1350 is just the well equilibrating. The final residual reservoir pressure, which they will know by now, is important, but doesn't tell the whole picture.
The pore pressure, if med-high, will be good news, but only if pore friction is low and integrity high. In other words, pressure can be across a wide range and still be good, if permeability, porosity and ability for pores to remain open as HC's flow, is good.

The pressure decline is natural, where it finishes and how slowly it falls is the critical bit. Thats where choice of frac fluid viscosity and proppant characteristics may be refined for next time. The data from this well be be prolific.
The great news here, is flowback is happening and the reservoir may actually be starting to feed HC through to the wellbore. Early days, but a kick is a kick and there is a strong likelihood that the reservoir is releasing HC's from the shale matrix to the bore head. Lets see in the next few days if we can get some more responses from the HRZ, leading to steadily increasing flow rate and switching out of the 6/64" back to the 4/64".

For a good 'live' overview of the flowback site set-up, for those unfamiliar, take a look at this vid.

    Cheers holders,
    Oily
