Not sure about the first paragraphs meaning, so will leave it alone, it seems to be related to the fracking operation rather than flowback.
Dew point fair enough I can explain a little further.
It is the temperature and pressure combination at which heavier components of a gas will condense into liquid droplets, like dew drops out of the air.
The reverse is bubble point at which bubbles form in a liquid due to the temperature and pressure combination. Like the watched kettle that rumbles gently until it hits 100 c then boils actively due to reaching bubble point
