Methanols freezing point is just at under minus 100degC ALB.

This should easily stop any issue with the flow of water based FF thru the small choke.

One would assume these Alaskan production test units r designed and protected from the elements where needs be.

The mention of gas hydrates is also an interesting one OW. There is quite a substantial resource estimated by the Alaskans in the permafrost levels.

It is here at permafrost level perhaps we need to be more concerned with potential FF flow reduction given they may not have been expecting to still be attempting to get HCs to flow at this stage, they should already have been doing so and would have given natural freezing point inhibitors.

Perhaps more research needed before assuming the above is an issue.

Also hoping HCs are now present in the well bore anyway.
