The reason I ask is because - so far - volume is only a third of yesterday’s and the ASX VWAP- the volume weighted average price- is about the sane, ie a tad under 0.012c a share;

So-so far still a positive change.
As far as anyone rushing in to buy shares goes; it has been flagged the Lumina project is likely to need funding of around $200m beyond the $150m State pledge.
I think the market is waiting on news of
1) Lumina FID and, if yes, then
2) Funding arrangements - ie who, how much and- - if an equity raise is required- what price.
