Even with this newsflow in the next 6 months, not many short-term traders are going to enter. It will mostly be long-term investors looking towards mining and future dividends down the track. Even if people decided to trade this, the large institutions looking to invest prior to mining will blow these prices out of the water at some stage.
The traders will find it difficult to buy back in lower, they will need to up their buy-ins otherwise they will continually miss the boat as the announcements arrive and momentum increases back towards 60c.
