I've seen plenty of "these type of guys" blow up their reputation on mining minnows. I don't know Hoffman from a bar of soap, and the fact he spent 10 years at BHP means absolutely nothing to me. Its all just words in an ASX release....potentially if the guy can execute and deliver. Naturally of course, we all hope he does delivers, but I'm just keeping it real for now.

100% agree with you,we always hear that the right person ,top person and so on,maybe he was kicked out of BHP recently,knowing they made hundreds of staff redundant and was just lucky to get a job again with VRC,Yes He needs to prove to the market what he can do and the market is waiting to see that,,,
