    If things are running smoothly, I would expect the drilling results by the end of next week.

    I agree with both @Jaffaroo and @gps310. Theoretically, if they don't receive the mining licence then they can't mine. However, by looking at the experiences of their executives, alongside the current progression of due diligence we should be just fine with getting the license approved.,
