There could be a conflict of financial interest as far as the Tanzanian government is concerned because they own half 50/50 govt and there own private wealth interests with Gemfields PLC the other 50% of the Tanzanite One deposit which also has the famous blue, green and clear diamonds which they robbed of Richlands Resources and when they turn it into a open pit mine has known quality graphite and vanadium tailings that KNL wanted to mine less the diamonds and own a tenenement next door less any gemstones found and China is a large market for quality gems albeit there could be another world finanancial crisis early next year after the US elections in December starting from China
Could be a change in battery technology aswell that doesn't even use graphite - UltraCharge.
