LMAO Bill..... Project Peregrine leases have been suspended for next 12 months.... It's 3 yrs away at best and have to raise significant funds and also spend many more millions on 3D as the 2D rubbish used on most previous drills was a waste of time/money and in wrong locations, even their last JV bailed halfway through their drill, lol..... Conoco can after consol, pick up the whole area for nothing imo....
Now 88's resident mascot is now pumping Peregrine, to drum up support and deflect from this post flow test consol, which imo has dealt a massive SP kick in the butt, yet once again, unbelievable of how detached 88 are from SH's and the market reality imo.
Now, I see nothing but 25 Bil shares all wanting to exit prior to consol, well done 88!!! How will the SP ever pass 1c. Maybe if 88 actually owned shares they wouldn't be so reckless and detached from the damage this consol will cause to SH's left holding imo....
Mentioning this consol now imo certainly will restrict SP after flow test and imo 88 know this.... Imagine a 2-4c SP after flow test and then consol we would be $2-$4 (100:1) stock LMAO, of course mentioning this now impacts SP and imo that's why 88 are saying this now the lower the SP the better during consol imo.... SH's wake up and understand why they are saying this now imo.....
Also, will 88 forgo their 10-month hibernation after flow test and drill another well to support a SP consol, LMAO, of course NOT and with what money..... 88 can't afford to do anything until next winter 2025.....
Why couldn't 88 just do their low-risk 1/2 hearted simple flow test, make a commercial discovery and reward SH's, but NO, consolidate and slaughter SH's investment imo.... Seriously WTF do we pay 88 for!!!!!! IMO this consol timing is only to benefit non share owning management, NOT SH's....
I suggest company urgently retract this stupid consolidation and do it once we are a producer, NOT before........ This will prevent another drill where SP fails to rally and reward SH's......
Seriously if 88 don't retract this consolidation then we have no option left imo, but to present a 249D immediately after flow test and spill them ALL, if we wish to save our investment from this poorly timed consol imo.....
I am so angry, as all I wanted was to exit from this joke of a company imo, now what chance will we ever see 1c+ from this flow test and we also have to again suffer the impact on SP from 88's wonderful communicated RNS's provided during this flow test, unbelievable state of events, DW should never have left imo.......
I recommend to all SH's
VOTE NO to CONSOLIDATE
VOTE YES to SPILL THE BOARD when this is presented.
