3. A farming operation that has the ability to double production through better systems and equipment, which is able to supply the peak Christmas periods.

4. Good prawn intellectual property and genetics.

5. The possibility of expansion into international sales and farms in other strategic locations throughout Australia.

6. A great brand name in Seafarms.

7. Proven retail shareholder support when the message is communicated well.

8. A need to clear out parasitic directors and shareholders and replace them with credible people/organisations.
