Not sure where your perceptions come from... China pays more per kg for Salmon than anywhere else in the world, also Lobster was a huge deal before politics stepped in.
But i believe there is still some ongoing trade talks related to Tiger Prawn exports from Australia to China, who knows how long it will take.
