Looking at the timelines of BCG& GTG dealings and Shivom being a recently registered start up with a product having perfect synergies for use here, I can not help but think that this has been a purpose built technology.
Shivom has its inbuilt capital raising structure to hopefully not leverage or cause even more dilution , my opinion is this alliance has been well designed.
