imo this is not an unencouraging report. The only bit that bothers me is this:
"Austpac has advanced negotiations with a major international corporation with respect to funding for the Newcastle Iron Recovery Plant (NIRP)" . So still not enough cash to finish the plant; in spite of the nobs telling us we missed our chance to stump up, so go eat your hat and stop complaining. The register at the end of the month will be interesting!! jwt
