You may not care but it's relevant. They're eyeing commissioning and hiring is slow because 2/1 is not a popular roster, especially when salaries match those with more favorable rosters (-570 hours per year). Wages/manning in the feasibility study were out of touch with current employment climate, but they are making do and getting on with it. The leadership team has decent tech and op experience.
It's important because these roles are filled by the custodians of your investment.
