That also gives me confidence. If they wanted to have CR, they might have done this a month back when Share price was 1.3C. There is so much skepticism about the management that people cannot believe on this rationale and keep selling their small holdings to drive the price even lower. Let's hope we holders are up for a pleasant surprise about JV deal.
