The board are requesting shareholders grant them an opportunity to own shares at a minimum of 1.1 cents at the AGM , for me that becomes the line in the sand on the valuation the board thinks is the low point .

They must have sat around and discussed the strike price , and come up with a number that is enough to reward success, and recognised if they did make a major deal before then and the share price went to say 2 cents , shareholders would ave been angry the strike price was so low.

There is no reward for them in this package unless the stock is significantly higher.

Those who are anti CG must at least accept he won't raise capital below that level or it costs him what is a major opportunity to have skin in the game above the strike price.
