The last update from the company which was 7 days ago, which confirmed two potential investors have done site visits, which is a pretty good outcome.
I think the off take discussions will get more serious once the mining code is finalised and the PFS is released.
Think of it like a house auction, it is not usually the person who places the first bid that wins the auction.
